According to this year’s Hot Housing Index Chester has ranked as the second best place to live in the United Kingdom. Location specialists CACI base their findings on a variety of factors, including; local amenities, schools, employment, internet connectivity and accessibility to public transport. Securing a score of 71.70 per cent, Chester came in second to Crewe with a respectable 74.30 per cent making it the best place to live in the United Kingdom.
